Larry Wachowski has sex change to Lana

Directorial siblings, The Wachowski’s are best known for bringing the world The Matrix trilogy of films.

One of the two Hollywood heavyweight brothers, Larry Wachowski has been transitioning to become a woman over the last few years. The reclusive director who now goes by Lana, was spotted at the Los Angeles International airport.

Perez Hilton also noted a wedding ring on Wachowski’s finger.

US Magazine calls him Larry and says the following of the rarely spotted co creator of the Matrix:

After the release of 2003’s Matrix Reloaded — which he co-directed with his brother Andy — word spread that Larry had been making public appearances dressed as a woman and using the name “Lana.” In 2006, the San Francisco Chronicle even reported that Larry “has changed his sex and is now living as Lana Wachowski.”
